Palm Coast is a city located in Flagler County, on the eastern coast of Florida, along the Atlantic Ocean. It is part of the greater Palm Coast metropolitan area. The city was originally developed as a planned community in the 1960s by ITT Corporation. The community was designed to blend residential, commercial, and industrial areas with natural landscapes. The population was 89,258 in 2020.
