St. James City is an unincorporated community and census-designated place on Pine Island in Lee County, Florida. The population was 3,876 at the 2020 census. St. James City is located on the southern most tip of Pine Island. It features several waterfront communities as well as the St. Jude Harbors subdivision and Cherry Estates.
