The R.C. Baker Memorial Museum is located in Coalinga, California and is dedicated to preserving the history of the city and its surrounding area. The museum is named after Robert C. Baker, a local businessman and philanthropist who donated the building to the city in 1971.
The museum features exhibits on local history, including displays on the oil industry, agriculture, and the native Yokut people who originally inhabited the area. There are also exhibits on the history of the museum itself, which was once a Carnegie Library.

In addition to its permanent exhibits, the R.C. Baker Memorial Museum also hosts temporary exhibits and special events throughout the year. The museum is open to the public and admission is free, though donations are accepted.

Visitors to the museum can also explore the surrounding area, which includes several parks and recreational opportunities, as well as nearby attractions such as the Coalinga Mineral Springs County Park and the Harris Ranch Inn & Restaurant.
