Phu La½ is a city located in Ha Nam province, Vietnam. The city is situated in the northern part of Vietnam, approximately 60 kilometers south of Hanoi, the capital city. It is located on the banks of the Day River, which flows through the city. Its population was 136,654 in 2013.

Nui Ca¥m is a prominent mountain in the area, and Ngu Dong refers to aseries of five caves that are located within the mountain. The caves are known for their natural beauty, historical and cultural significance, and religious associations.

Ao Dong - Hang Luon, also known as Thuy Cave, is atourist destination in Kim Bang District, Ha Nam Province which is in the Red River Delta. The cave is located in a small valley surrounded by green mountains It is about 8 km from the center of Ha Nam Province.
