The Carpinteria Bluffs Nature Preserve is a beautiful coastal nature reserve located in Carpinteria, California. It spans over 52 acres and offers stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, as well as several hiking trails and picnic areas.
The preserve is home to a variety of flora and fauna, including rare plant species such as the Carpinteria salt marsh bird's beak and the Carpinteria bladderpod. It is also a popular spot for bird watching, with over 200 species of birds spotted in the area.

There is also the Franklin Trail, a 3-mile round trip hike that takes visitors through a eucalyptus grove and offers views of the Carpinteria Valley.

The Carpinteria Bluffs Nature Preserve is a great place for a day trip with friends or family. It is open year-round from dawn until dusk, and admission is free.
