Oak Park is an unincorporated community in Ventura County, California. When developed in the Simi Hills in the late 1960s, a single road provided the only access to the community from Agoura Hills, California, in neighboring Los Angeles County. As of the 2010 census, Oak Park had a population of 14,266, down from 14,625 at the 2000 census.

Oak Canyon Community Park is a community park located in Oak Park, California. It offers a 2 3/4 mile round-trip trail. The views from the trail is of the near hillsides and are enchantingly pleasant.

Oak Park Community Garden beautifies the neighborhood and provides a safe, recreational green space in which to relax and enjoy being outdoors. Individual gardeners get a chance to grow some of their own vegetables, herbs, fruits and flowers.

Sunrise Meadow Ridge Trail includes some steep ups and downs. This trail is adjacent to trail segments that can be taken down into Palo Comado Canyon. The overall length of all the branches of this trail is approximately two and one half miles.
