Hien Nhon Gate (Cửa Hiển Nhơn) is one of four gates located in the East of the Hue Imperial Citadel to enter and leave the Citadel. Hien Nhon Gate was built in 1805 under the reign of King Gia Long.

Emperor Duc Duc's burial ground is a small complex that also includes the graves of Emperors Thanh Thai and Duy Tan. Emperor Duc Duc was the 11th emperor of the Nguyen Dynasty in Vietnam. Interestingly, Duc Duc was imprisoned by the court for being a Francophile and he died after reigning only three days in 1883. He was born on September 2, 1852, in Hue, the capital city of Vietnam at the time.

Vua Thanh Thai, whose full name was Nguyen Phuc Bu­u Lan, was the tenth emperor of the Nguyen Dynasty in Vietnam. He was born on March 14, 1879, and ruled from 1889 to 1907. Vua Thanh Thai ascended to the throne at a young age, only nine years old, after the death of Emperor Dong Khanh.

An Dinh Palace (Cung An Dinh) is a historic royal palace located in Hue, Thua Thien-Hue Province, Vietnam. It was built in 1917 during the reign of Emperor Khai Dinh of the Nguyen Dynasty and served as his summer palace.
