N'Djamena is the capital and largest city of Chad. Chad had a population of 18,523,165 in 2023.

Aloba Arch is a natural arch located in Chad, specifically on the Ennedi Plateau within the Sahara Desert in the northeast part of the country near Libya and Sudan. The arch is considered to be the 8th longest known natural arch, with a span of approximately 250 feet (76.2 m) and a height of 394 feet (120.1 m), making it one of the tallest known arches in the world.
