Ba Ria-Vung Tau is a province of Vietnam. It is located on the coast of the country's Southeast region. It also includes the Con Dao islands, located some distance off Vietnam's southeastern coast. It had a population of 1,410,841 in 2021.

Hon Ba  is a small island in the middle of the vast ocean in Vung Tau, 200 m from cape Nghinh Phong, Hon Ba  is a place where the seaitself splits. In the afternoon, when the tide is low, agravel road appears from the shoreline to Hon Ba  island. This time, visitors can leisurely walk on the beach, smell the seabreeze and feel the cooling water.
