Sycamore Canyon Falls is indeed located within the Potrero Open Space Trail, which is part of the Conejo Open Space Conservation Agency in Thousand Oaks, California. The trailhead is located at the end of Potrero Road, near Wendy Drive.

As a community park, Triunfo Park is designed to serve the broader recreation needs of several neighborhoods. The design is meant to encourage and attract families on a day-to-day basis, as well as provide for larger community events. Rolling hillsides, oak trees, and direct trail access provide scenic highlights.

The 302-acre Arroyo Conejo Open Space is located northeast of the intersection of Hillcrest Drive and Ventu Park Road. Its resources include steep-sided canyons, oak woodlands, a perennial stream, and riparian vegetation which provide ideal habitat for nesting, foraging and wildlife movements.

Hope Nature Preserve is a 360-acre (150 ha) nature preserve in Newbury Park, California. It was a gift to the city from its owner, actor Bob Hope, whom it is named for. It is located by the Newbury Park-Thousand Oaks “border” in southern Conejo Valley. It is home to a variety of wildlife, including mountain lions, gray fox, bobcats, coyotes, deer, rabbits, and more.

The Conejo Canyons Open Space consists of deeply eroded canyons, numerous ridgelines and plateaus in the northwestern portion of the Conejo Valley. The area consists of diverse natural features such as deep canyons with perennial streams, prominent ridgelines, volcanic mountains, and a variety of natural habitats.

Lizard Rock is just over a mile from the main entrance to Wildwood Park at the west end of Avenida de los Arboles. Walk/run/hike the Mesa Trail towards Lizard Rock and you will be treated to beautiful views of the surrounding spaces where shows like Gunsmoke and The Rifleman were filmed.

With 14 trails covering 17 miles in the nearly 1,800 acre park managed by the Conejo Open Space Conservation Agency, there is plenty to see and do in Wildwood Park.

Indian Cave is a small cave located near Wildwood Regional Park, Thousand Oaks, California. It is a tiny eroded section of rock that nonetheless offers a unique and interesting feature for hikers and nature enthusiasts to enjoy.

CoBa Arch is a hiking area located in Thousand Oaks, California. It's about a 5-mile roundtrip hike. Unfortunately it is difficult to hike but worth it for the views.

The 4-acre Evenstar Park was acquired in 1971 and developed into a neighborhood park in 1975. It features a play area, ballfield, picnic tables with shade, and open turf. The park is adjacent to Carden Conejo School.
