Tsubaki Grand Shrine, located in Mie Prefecture, Japan, is one of the country's oldest and most revered Shinto shrines. Dating back over 2,000 years, this shrine is dedicated to Sarutahiko-no-Ōkami, the deity of guidance, strength, and prosperity, and his consort Ame-no-Uzume-no-Mikoto, the goddess of dawn, mirth, and meditation. Its area is roughly the same size as Center of Paris. More than 1,500 rituals are conducted here yearly to pray for the prosperity of the Imperial family, the peace of the world, and the huge harvest.
