The Hohe Tauern National Park (Nationalpark Hohe Tauern) is Austria's largest and one of the most spectacular national parks. It is located in the Eastern Alps, spanning the states of Carinthia, Salzburg, and Tyrol (Osttirol). It is a haven for nature enthusiasts, offering breathtaking alpine landscapes, diverse wildlife, and opportunities for outdoor activities.
