Dong Thap is a province located in the Mekong Deltaregion of Vietnam. It is situated in the southwestern part of Vietnam, bordered by An Giang province to the west, Can Tho city to the south, Vinh Long province to the east, and Long An province to the north. It had a population of 1,667,100 in 2022.

Kien An Cung Temple, also known as Mr. Kwok temple is located in Sa Dec town center. Temple constructed in Giap Ty (1924) opened in Dinh Mau (1927) by the U.S. group in Fujian Province (China) settled in Sa Dec, built to worship ancestors and teach children.
