National City is a city in the South Bay region of southwestern San Diego County, California. The population was 56,173 at the 2020 United States census, down from 58,582 at the 2010 census. National City is the second-oldest city in San Diego County, having been incorporated in 1887.

National City Aquatic Center is the 4,700-square foot facility located in the Port's Pepper Park, on the National City waterfront. It includes two multi-purpose classrooms that can be opened as one larger room, storefront/office space, locker rooms with showers and restrooms, boat and equipment storage, decorative lighting, landscaping and public art. It incorporates a modern, sleek design with floor to ceiling windows.

The Stein Family Farm is a Living History Farm Museum in National City, CA with an 1880's Victorian farmhouse, an 1880's Queen Anne Victorian house in the process of restoration.
