Spirit Rock Meditation Center is dedicated to the teachings of the Buddha as presented in the vipassana tradition. It provides silent meditation retreats, as well as classes, trainings, and dharma study opportunities for new and experienced students.

Marin's San Geronimo Valley is an attractive region of redwoods, grassy hills, and small towns. To offset the increased development of this area, the county set aside three small parks among the newly-developed golf course, mansions, and schools. One of these parks is Roy's Redwoods, which features a small, isolated redwood grove growing around a creek at the base of a small hill.

Creekside is a full service boarding facility with miles of trail access and is home to a variety of multidisciplinary trainers. Creekside is a safe, friendly, non-competitive environment for kids and adults to enjoy horses.

Dickson Ranch is located in Marin County, approximately 45 minutes north of San Francisco. This 50 acre, six generation family owned boarding facility is surrounded by meadows and redwood groves.
