Devil's Playground is a remote granite area with over 500 climbing routes. The weathered granite rocks have formed strange and eerie shapes. Located north of the Bovine Mountains, at the southernmost end of the Grouse Creek Range, the area offers two main climbing zones: Spires and Main Devil's Playground, separated by approximately 3 miles. Campground is spread across several square miles.

The walls of the Parowan Gap are steep jumbles of weathered and fractured Navajo sandstone. There are an impressive number of panels covered in petroglyphs. Some are recognizable as animals and humans, but mostly they are shapes. Circles, spirals, lines, and dots all collide and overlap giving you the sense that some of the petroglyphs are newer than others.
Morning Glory Arch is the world's sixth largest, depending on how you measure. While massive in size, it plays a clever game of hide-and-seek below the Medieval Chamber and is suspended in silence above the gurgling echoes of the grotto at the upper end of Grandstaff Canyon. Seeing it suspends belief, and rappelling from it makes it all the more memorable.
