The Firehouse Restaurant is a renowned fine dining establishment located in historic Old Sacramento, California. Established in 1960, it occupies a beautifully restored 1853 redbrick firehouse, which originally served as the home for Engine Company No. 3 of Sacramento's first fire department. The restaurant was transformed from a small bar into a dining venue by Newton Cope and his partners after significant renovations.
Pioneer Square is located at 2nd and I Streets in Old Sacramento. It features the Underground Tasting Room, which is situated below the current street level and is open Friday through Sunday. Pioneer Park provides a quiet place for visitors amidst the busy Old Sacramento area.
