Mangrove Kitchen is a Thai Street Food & Ramen House located in San Francisco, California. The menu is inspired from his grandmother's recipes. He wants to carry on what she did and share it to the rest of the world. Aside from authentic Thai food, he created new revolution of Ramen by infusing Thai traditional coconut curry and Japanese ramen noodles.
