Campo is an unincorporated community located in the southeastern part of San Diego County, California, United States. It is situated near the U.S.-Mexico border, approximately 60 miles east of downtown San Diego. The population was 2,955 at the 2020 United States census, up from 2,684 at the 2010 census.
Lake Morena County Park is a camping and fishing park located in East County San Diego. The park shows characteristics of desert, coastal, and mountain habitats. Lake Morena sits at an elevation of 3,000 feet. It is the most remote reservoir in all of San Diego County.

Motor Transport Museum is open to the public every Saturday from 9AM to 5 PM and the first Sunday of the month from 10AM to 4PM. Admission is free, donations accepted.
