Chino is a city located in San Bernardino County, California, in the western part of the Inland Empire region. The city is situated near the intersection of State Route 60 and State Route 71, providing easy access to other cities in the area. The population was 77,983 at the 2010 census.

The Chino Creek Wetlands and Educational Park is located adjacent to the Inland Empire Utilities Agency Headquarters in Chino. The Park is owned and maintained by the Inland Empire Utilities Agency.
