Âu thuyền Phú Hải is a significant fishing harbor located in Phú Hải commune, Phú Vang district, Huế city, Vietnam. It is situated near the Thuận A beach, approximately 20 km from the center of Huế city. It serves as a crucial hub for local fishermen, providing a place for docking and sheltering fishing boats, especially during the stormy season.
Phú Vang is a rural district of Huế in the North Central Coast region of Vietnam. As of 2020 the district had a population of 137,962. The district covers an area of 235.31 km². The district capital lies at Phú Đa. Phú Vang belongs to the low-lying land with a large size of lagoons. It is divided by two area which are rivers and sand dunes.
Thap Cham Phu Dien, also known as My Khanh Tower, is a tower located in My Khanh village, Phu Dien commune, Phu Vang district, Hue city. The tower was accidentally discovered in April 2001 by a mining company. The tower was then located 5-7 m deep in the sand, 3-4 m below the sea level and only 120 m from the sea coast.
