Shea Island is a 45-acre island located in the Norwalk Islands archipelago, just northeast of Sheffield Island and about 4,000 yards south of Manressa, in Connecticut1. The island was previously known as Ram Island and was renamed in honor of Daniel Shea, a Congressional Medal of Honor recipient from Norwalk who died in the Vietnam War.
