Albion is a small coastal community located on the Mendocino Coast, approximately seven miles south of the town of Mendocino and about 150 miles north of San Francisco, in Mendocino County, Northern California. It is nestled along Highway 1, which runs along the scenic California coastline. Albion had a population of 153 at the 2020 census.
Navarro Point offers spectacular views of the Mendocino Coast along its 1.2 miles of coastal trail that loops around the Preserve. There are rare plants in many locations on this property, and the bluffs are very steep, so for your safety, please stay on the trail.
Albion River Inn Restaurant offers romantic guestrooms and cottages with private decks, spa tubs & fireplaces. Restaurant and bar open Friday-Monday, 5:00-8:00 pm.
