Climb the 185-step spiral staircase of Gibbs’ Hill Lighthouse to enjoy one of the best views on the island. The 117-foot lighthouse was built in 1846 of cast iron – the oldest of its kind in the world, and one of only two cast-iron lighthouses still in existence. It overlooks the South Shore and Little Sound, offering views of both the City of Hamilton and the Royal Naval Dockyard.

Crystal Cave is a cave in the British overseas territory of Bermuda. It is located in Hamilton Parish, close to Castle Harbour. The cave is approximately 500 m long, and 62 m deep. The lower 19–20 m of the cave are below water level. The cave formed at a time when the sea level was lower; as the sea level rose, many cave formations which formed above water became submerged.
Bermuda is a British Overseas Territory in the North Atlantic Ocean. The closest land outside the territory is in the American state of North Carolina, about 1,035 km (643 mi) to the west-northwest. Bermuda is pink-sand beaches and party boats, the smell of cedar and spice berries, the sound of gombey whistles, kiskadees, and clacks on a Crown and Anchor board.
