Tahoe Vista is a census-designated place located on the north shore of Lake Tahoe in Placer County, California. It is part of the Sacramento metropolitan area. The population was 1,433 at the 2010 census, down from 1,668 at the 2000 census.
The Regional Park encompasses approximately 124 acres of predominantly active recreational activities. Surrounding the Regional Park on three sides are accessible public lands offering users a more passive recreational experience. The park offers two playground areas with slides, swings and jungle gym-style accessories.
