Belmont Veterans Memorial Pier is a popular recreational pier located in Long Beach, California. The pier is named in honor of the veterans of the United States Armed Forces and offers stunning views of the Long Beach coastline and the Pacific Ocean.

Rosie's Dog Beach along Ocean Blvd between Roycroft and Argonne Avenues opened in 2003. This area is not fenced in and is not a dedicated "dog beach." The area has metered parking in the Bennett Avenue lot, trash cans and nearby restrooms.

The Lion Lighthouse is a decorative lighthouse located in Shoreline Marina, Long Beach, California. Its focal height is 65.62 ft (20.00 m). The RMS Queen Mary is visible from the light's location at ShoreLine Aquatic Park. The Aquarium of the Pacific is nearby. The nearest harbor is Rainbow Harbor. The light is popular for scenic viewing.

The Colorado Lagoon has a sandy swimming beach with restrooms, turf picnic areas and parking on the north and south shores. A small building used as a model boat shop and adjacent pre-school cooperative has existed since 1948, and was remodeled and expanded in 2008. A Marine Science Center operated by the Friends of the Colorado Lagoon.
