Tehama Place » City Tehama is a city in Tehama County, California, United States. The population of Tehama was 435 at the 2020 census, up from 418 at the 2010 census. The city was founded by Robert Hasty Thomes in 1844 and was one of the earliest California settlements north of Sacramento.
