An Giang is a province of Vietnam. It is located in the Mekong Delta, in the southwestern part of the country. It had a population of 1,909,507 in 2021.

Núi Ba Thê, also known as núi Thê Sơn, is a mountain in the Ba The mountain cluster consisting of 5 mountains: Ba Thê, núi Nhỏ, núi Tượng, núi Trọi và núi Chóc. On the top of the mountain there is an ancient pagoda named Sơn Tiên Tự, built in 1933. In front of the pagoda yard there is a statue of Quan Thế Âm bồ tát about 8 meters high.
