Weyerbacher Brewing was founded in 1995 in a horse stable in downtown Easton, Pennsylvania. They have built a reputation for high-quality, flavorful, and large-batch beers. While they are primarily known for Belgian beers like Merry Monks and QUAD, they also have a large oak barrel aging program, producing favorites like Insanity and Riserva.
