Albion is a village in Orleans County, New York. The population was 5,637 as of the 2020 census, down 419 from the 2010 census. The village is centrally located in the county, and is partly within the towns of both Albion and Gaines. The Village of Albion is nestled along the Erie Canal between Buffalo and Rochester.
