Shirley Bell founded Shirley Bell Designs in Narragansett Bay, Jamestown, Rhode Island in 2006, showcasing hundreds of her images in prints, stationery, and gift items. Shirley Bell began painting watercolors at the age of 25. She has always drawn inspiration from the natural environment surrounding Conanicut Island.
