Bonnie Blue Southern Market & Bakery opened in 2012 in a historic Esso gas station in downtown Winchester, Virginia, with the goal of preserving traditional Southern artisan cooking methods. Led by Chef Brian Pellatt, a classically trained chef with deep roots in the Carolinas, Bonnie's kitchen creates Southern classics using the Shenandoah Valley's abundant local meats and produce.
