| John Sevier is a census-designated place in east-central Knox County, Tennessee. It is located 9.3 miles (15.0 km) northeast of downtown Knoxville. The CDP had a population of 1,026 as of the 2020 census. It is a small town with the kind of sightseeing and shopping you would expect in a much larger city. Sevierville is also the hometown of Dolly Parton. | |
