| San Juan County is a county located in the Salish Sea, in the far northwest corner of Washington state, United States. According to the 2020 census, the county had a population of 17,788. The county seat and only established town is Friday Harbor, on San Juan Island. There are 172 named islands and reefs within San Juan County. | |
