Wyoming is a state located in the western region of the United States. It is the least populous state in the country but ranks tenth in terms of land area. Its capital and largest city is Cheyenne. Wyoming became the 44th state to join the United States on July 10, 1890. It had an estimated population of 63,957 in 2018.
