Grizzly Bay is a small bay within San Francisco Bay, and an extension of Suisun Bay, located deep within Solano County. Grizzly Bay contains numerous inlets, wildlife preserves, and islands such as Grizzly Island, Joice Island, and Morrow Island. It is also the base of the 5th Reserve Fleet, anchored off Benicia. Suisun Bay is a shallow tidal estuary in Northern California.
