| Arkhangai is one of Mongolia's 21 provinces, located slightly west-central on the northern slopes of the Khangai Mountains. The province sits at an average elevation of 2,414 m (7,920 ft). Its population was 91,138 in 2025. The capital is Tsetserleg. Arkhangai boasts stunning scenery with wide, fish-filled rivers, numerous volcanoes and volcanic lakes, vast forests, and grasslands inhabited by yaks. | |
