The Tsankawi Prehistoric Site is a separate part of the Bandelier National Monument near White Rock, New Mexico. A 1.5-mile (approximately 2.4 km) loop trail allows visitors to explore numerous unexcavated ruins, caves carved into soft volcanic rock, rock carvings, and the ancient Pueblo village of Tsankawi.
