Yellowstone Lake is the largest mountain lake in the United States. It is approximately 20 miles long and 14 miles wide. Located at an elevation of 7,732 feet (2,357 m) above sea level, the lake covers an area of ​​136 square miles (350 km²) with a shoreline of 110 miles (180 km).
